Princeton, New Jersey, Sept. 27 (Bloomberg Data) -- Novell Inc. (NOVL US) was reiterated ''strong buy'' by analyst Stephen C. Dube at Wasserstein Perella Securities.

Hmmm ... this is not good. As I recall from the announcement Novell didn't invest ... is merely partnering.

Microsoft is waking up to the great potential in this huge new area of infrastructure. Akamai is onto something huge here and I can only wait for the IPO ...

I hope that Microsoft is not able to mess with the Novell partnership.

On the other hand, I noticed that Akamai made the exact same announcement with three cache vendors ... not just Novell. So it didn't look like anything really special anyhow.

I *do* believe that Novell is the only cache vendor with the technology to really deliver though ...
