Yep ... they'll get there ... remember that this is only through the web front end ... if you use your own mail client you get full Internet mail functionality!

I agree completely! I was mentioning today that they need the explanation of hardware/software being used to run the site, along with the statistics of operation ... accounts and messages per minute processed, etc.
