Well Barbara, your sarcasm is a bit lost on me as it is relevant that Charlie Vaccaro worked at Greenway Capital. He is the head of the Insider Trading division. He is a control person and on the board of PABN. It is also relevant that Faustino Pugliese worked at Stratton Oakmont and Celestina Pugliese worked at both Gold Country and Stratton Oakmont. Stratton Oakmont is just recently touched upon again at the SEC. (See: COMMISSION ISSUES ORDER INSTITUTING PROCEEDINGS AGAINST DAVID HEREDIA http://www.sec.gov/news/digests/09-24.txt ) These people have come from cultures where there are settled cases involving charges of stock manipulation and money laundering. That is relevant. With regard to Barry Brisco, I think a bit more research is in order. The history of the PanAm Interactive adventure itself, where there is still an as yet unexplained relationship involving PABN/PRWT and Visual Interactive, and now there is a reseller arrangement being advertised, where PABN/PRWT is marketing, or is claimed to be, a videophone like device - this requires explanation. What shares were possibly used in this deal? What role did Barry Brisco play there? What happened to his prior company TransPhones? Has Barry ever had a product? Is ICIT another one of Barry's initiatives? Is there a deal? Or is this some unauthorized use of PABN/PRWT? (You know it's possible someone may actually be improperly associating themselves with PABN/PRWT here.)
