<<so when the bears can Im sure they will let us know about it!>>

Gettin cool outside..time for the Bears to go into hibernation <<ggg>>

CMGI just came out with very, very nice numbers. I said all along when cmgi was at $80 and aol was at $85 or so, that these 2 babies were begging to be bought at such discounted levels. Glad I listened to myself and stocked up.

Have a great day

Vendit, I don't read Cramer but I read (on Raging Bull - so take that into consideration) that Cramer wrote that he sold all AOL last week... friday I think. Or, it could have been the poster posted on friday. The bears were using this as ammunition, and of course the bulls said Cramer was a contrarian indicator. Uh oh! What to do now! lol

But anyway if someone has cramer here can you check to see if he did write that he sold AOL last week, and why he sold. Because theoretically, unless he sold prior to the Msft announcement which was in the middle of the week, nothing has changed for AOL today. Unless of course he believes the rumor.

Here you Go Vendit

You are a bear. You are short America Online (AOL:NYSE). You know already that subscription growth is spot on. You know ad revs are kicking in. But you figured that Microsoft (MSFT:Nasdaq) was going to go free, give its system away.

You were banking on AOL losing that key revenue stream. What do you do now?

If I were you, I would cover. Your story is now wrong. But that's not the way the bears think. They like to come up with more reasons to stay short.

That's why we are selling none of the AOL we bought last week. We think all of the negatives are now played out. Broadband, U.K. free access, Microsoft Network woes, insider selling -- everything has been priced in.

Normally when we have a ramp like this we trade around the position. We let some of the stock go that we were lucky enough to buy right before the explosion.

Not this time.

We smell bear claws burning, and we don't mean the kind that you get at Dunkin' Donuts.

Regards,
Aljorma

The only flaw is a Macro one. Will the whole market tank or not? I happen to agree with him, once MSN matched, I was a believer again not just making a play off the bottom.
