The spanner in the works is this Volpe dealy--what's that about? Could that be the venue for announcing the outcome of the handset deal.

To all - QCOM short interest. 15.683 million shares 9/15/99 vs. 16.708 million shares 8/15/99.

I guess the short sellers still think CDMA violates "the laws of physics" (?)

(If someone has already posted the short interest ... sorry).
