Curlew Lake private placement accepted by VSE Curlew Lake Resources Inc CWQ Shares issued 22,764,526 Sep 28 close $0.15 Wed 29 Sept 99 News Release Mr. Robert Pincombe reports Further to company news in Stockwatch Aug. 24, 1999, whereby the company announced that it had arranged a private placement of a total of one million common shares in the capital stock of the company at a price of 15 cents per share, together with warrants entitling the holder thereof to purchase up to an additional one million common shares in the capital stock of the company for a period of two years from Aug. 26, 1999, at a price of 20 cents per share, the company has received regulatory acceptance of the private placement by the Vancouver Stock Exchange and the shares and share purchase warrants have now been issued to the private placees. The private placement common shares and any common shares from the exercise of warrants are subject to a hold period expiring Dec. 26, 1999, four months from the payment day.
