Barbara, you act like there is no possibility of wrong doing here. That Stratton Oakmont and Greenway Capital were ideal environments for learning ethical business practices. (Sarcasm alert.) The issue is not developing a chain of evidence to determine if Faustino or Charlie should go to jail for their experiences at those failed operations, but rather whether they can demonstrate that they have risen above the kinds of practices that they were exposed to. These are companies, linked by BusinessWeek with the MOB, that were involved with stock price manipulation and money laundering.

And what do we find today with PABN/PRWT? We find a veil of secrecy. We find systematic evasion for over a year about when the financial statements would be filed with the SEC.


well, it's no wonder what with the information PatP is finding on Johnny and all.......... and it would appear that Johnny too had the same type of training that Charlie and Frank did.
