thanks for the pm's everyone. My ideas for tomorrow would be (although I doubt I'll be around long enough do all I plan) to go short some of the overbought stocks that did well today after just a small rebound, especially ones like VTSS, QCOM, TQNT,IDTC maybe even RIMM.. and go long some that are oversold (i.e. APA, AUDC). In the newsletter I did indicate that I thought stocks like VTSS, BOBJ, IDTC, might have a last spurt before they started down and I'm looking for those and others to short. But not in a big way or with large positions. Had I been home today ARBA would have been my 4th choice for shorting. While everyone as buying this morning I was shorting because I had already picked up 2 longs very early on.

As far as the nets go, some of you might be surprised at the two on my watch list, #3 and #9 but I think there is a good chance for them to be up. If they are down,I wouldn't short because I think its just a matter of a one day before they straighten out and will look good for long positions. I've done that with MMXI, MPPP, PHCM, AGIL, EXDS. Still short QCOM even though it was up a bit today.

On the other hand, other stocks are looking oversold (as the chart of HLIT was today) and by the time earnings season comes around hopefully, it will be a perfect time to get into them. Keep a list of the watch list stocks that did not move yet and expect them to to move, and conversely the ones that have moved (i.e. NXTL, RIMM, IDTC, BOBJ) I'd consider going short..
