Hi Bernie, I'm sure it's an agreement "in principle" at this point. Probably has to have Shareholder, BOD and SEC approvals before it can happen. Usually you'll see a "time value" discount of the stock's Buy-Out price from the time of the announcement to the actual "done deal" point. HQ is nice property. Who knows, maybe someone else will step up. I'm glad to hear you caught a ride on HQ as well. Now I'll have some $$$$ to play with in another brokerage. Most have been hugging the porcelain bowl recently, so maybe there's a chance to get a good starting price again. Best regards, Tom (with HQ on hold!)
