OK...Marcos is right with the edit...about 20 shares of Lahir for every ADR

Here is my shot...

When VEN-T was $0.07 Lihir was trading at $15.37 US
VEN owned 148.8 million shares/7.44million ADR which was worth $114 million US
They had over $100 million US in debt...gold was down it did not look good for the future...

Now they own 5.7% of Lahir...manageable debt...$30 million CDN in cash and do not forget the "right of first refusal on 17% of Lahir" if AU blasts off. If gold goes up...VEN could find the financing very easily...
