Chip McVickar: I get the same thing. The last time I approached WOW about problems with their software it was regarding their P&F chart feature. Their reply to me was, "not many people use that feature".

Fortunately for me most of the features I like seem to work OK with WOW or at least with very little extra effort to get them to function on an acceptable level. I went through a major adaptation when I switched to WOW from my Dow Jones Software. Frankly speaking WOW's attitude and service suck, they do not want to hear about problems.

I don't bother to contact WOW anymore, period. If a problem gets to the point I can't solve it on my own, I will switch software venders.

Chip,

I'm sorry but i've never used the Gann lines on the W.O.W. package. That was the only item i found to be totally inferior to a similar tool in Tradestation. All my trading computers are still down due to the flood here in Myrtle... Trying to get the kinks back out of 'em after setting back up.

P.S. You thinking we got a short term bottom in here?? A run back up to 1310 sure would be nice.
