Good points. He seemed to try to avoid saying how many share are outstanding. Later, in the speech he mentioned that EINI had cash (positive cash flow), but MVEE did not.

I believe it was quite arrogant of him to tell MVEE shareholders (the people he is there to serve) that they asked stupid questions. It also was not very professional.

By the way, I am sick of hearing that boring story about rejecting a script because people don't use clothes lines anymore. Well I have a news flash for Mr. Tony ("my millions") Cataldo: People still use clothes lines to dry their clothes. At least two families in my neighborhood uses clothes lines quite regularly. I hope he can find another story in the next six to eight weeks that proves that he is smarter than the stupid shareholders.
