TRANSACTION SYNOPSIS: PanAmerican BanCorp, a unit of Purewater Sciences International Inc, acquired Teachdaq. I don't understand........... how is PanAmerican BanCorp a "unit" of Purwater Sciences International? Wasn't Purewater dissolved/absorbed at the time of the merger in March?
