I think TOUPS has always used their stock as easy currency for transactions, endorsements (I believe the Great Santini got stock to write his glowing review of Aqua Fuel) and acquisitions. This is a strategy of Wall Street neophytes who think giving away the stock gets them free money. After all, you can just issue more! And who gets screwed? You and me, the shareholders who put their own money on the table. There is much, much more stock to hit the market because of the company's ignorant willy-nilly issuance of shares. Duck!
