Ispyoil,

If it goes any lower it will get kicked off the AMEX and will be forced to trade on the BB. I think folks are getting out now before the inevitable reverse split, which will be necessary to maintain their listing.

I believe a lot of institutions still own this stock and many institutions are not allowed to own BB stocks.

TYheir is still the Swiss $85 MM with a ceiling at around $6 but floorless after June 2001, if memory serves. I took a lot of heat from this thread on those and other floorless. However, the recent $55 MM financing is as clean as a bay's behind, so I think that it is not this time bomb which is at play. I think that the political situation together with few less than perfect drilling exercises in the last six month, this coupled with the prior floorless (no longer in place) brought this stock to its knees. On a valuation basis, I think it is a steal, and yes, if I was Talisman, I would sure be happy to get a foothold in Colombia the cheap way, so a buyout at $2 to $3 is not out of the question, IMHO.

>>What are we missing?<<

A favorable trend, momentum, and a pipeline.
The irrational exuberance Hec experienced at 7+ became overwhelming pessimism, just goes to show things do reverse when least expected.
