Thanks for your summary. It doesn't take much for people to panic and sell. Hopefully, the truth will come out and nd people will believe that they can trust Dell, what they say and the results that they are putting forth. I just haven't liked this trend of negativity this week.

Lee, its not a question of trying to defend or attack the report. The important thing is to remedy any problems that might exist within Dell and ensure that all existing and potential customers understand that Dell stands behind their commitments.

The report has already been made public, so the ball is now in Dell's court to put the issue to bed.
