Hi all: Tried to submit a question for the conference call, got this response and here's my response back. I think management has a little to learn about how to communicate to shareholders and what hurdles they have to overcome based on the company's track record. I can take it, were my questions not appropriate? Initial email: I would like you to ask Tony a question in today's conference. What are you doing to enhance shareholder value, given that we are off over 95% from the peak stock value? What is your target date (a range is acceptable) for getting the stock back to its highs? Thank you, Respone back: I can not provide a target date. That is not an appropriate question . We are building a company not trying to inflate the stock's price. If you have any questions in regard to enhancing shareholder value please call... 818-789-0100. Thank You. My response back: Actually, I think that IS an appropriate question. Enhancing shareholder value is the ONLY reason that Mr. Cataldo has a job. If you are trying to build a company that does not return money to its owners, then what is your purpose? There are many of us who have been riding this company down in value of over 90%, and management has had a major influence in it by PRINTING SHARES like Germany printed deuchemarks in the 1920's. We had been told that the outstanding shares totaled around 90 million, and now we have found out that it is somewhere between 400 and 500 million (you still can't give us an answer). If management doesn't have goals to work towards that can be communicated to the OWNERS, then maybe the OWNERS, should find someone who will be more responsive to their needs. If you would like to rephrase the question, then let's try these: What is the target date to get MVEE to profitability? How about $10million per year revenues? When will you be a fully reporting company (first it was January, then June, then July, now it's October and we're still waiting)?
