Re: "black market" trading of SFTBF certificates. I've been asking a few people (including my ML broker) about the legitimacy of selling SFTBF certificates to another party, I hear it's a messy situation ("stock power" rules) but can be done.

So with my last odd lot purchase I requested certficates. I haven't received them yet, it's been a couple weeks...
