Hey Suzanne: Reading RB, are we? I guess they call that "slumming"? :~) Actually, the posts have improved a tad over there lately. It helps to actually have some PRs to chew on. I think Alyce may have actually gone to work or something, she hasn't posted in that past twenty minutes...

I like the new guy's bio. He appears to have some great connections which relate to the music industry, as well as "that" company (Coke), and P&G - nice...

Tom

Hi Suzanne and ALL,

You're DD contribution may have hit on something. I just checked the Home Shopping Network website ( hsn.com ) under "Career Center" and they're located just down the road from TSIG in Tampa Bay on a 53 acre campus. Just speculation again based on other posters... but I am really happy with the PRs this week.

Perhaps I can bore you with some of my "thinking out loud"... and please remember that these are just my own personal opinions and feelings. The business plan of TSIG... at least from my perspective... has always been centered around the "Card"s concept. The non-profit fund raising using the "Card" is great, but nowhere as potentially lucrative as the much broader based for-profit commercial corporate entities who would be using the "Card"s as advertising (and cheap advertising at that as these corporations pay only for the "promo cards" and then get their money back and then some as people start to use them... of course TSIG's cost is practically nothing). Even if they just start with "promo cards" (and there's nothing saying that some won't use the "regular" Card), we should start to get what we've been clamoring about for a long time... execution. We need name recognition... even to sell "Cards" through non-profits. What better way to get it than through free commercial advertising through alliances with national and international corporations? The more TSIG's name (via the Card promotions) is out there in the public eye, the more people will come to us just to see "who and what we are". And as long as our service remains top caliber the more these new "visitors" will tend to come on board. I believe anyone in marketing will agree that TSIG needs volume and repetitiveness in order to gain name recognition... and with that the customer base should continue to grow. It's just nice that we essentially get paid for this type of mass advertising... and the commercial alliances are happy as well because they share in the profits from the "Card" sales. Everyone likes to make money and everyone wants a winner. Everyone's happy!! It's a great turnaround and I think TSIG's management is now moving in the right direction. We need name recognition for people to buy our product and, IMO, we're going to get it... and this type of growth is geometric. But even if we're "the best" with the best prices and best service... the public has to know we're there to begin with!

Thanks, day-late, for posting some facts. It is all in the Edgar filings. To the best of my knowledge:

(1) James Gordon is not involved with TSIG in any way (although he may be a shareholder).

(2) Major General Frank P. Ragano was not paid to be a member of the BOD. In fact, quite the opposite. According to a call I made to the Company yesterday, Major General Ragono has recently made a substantial cash investment in TSIG. It appears that this experienced and talented and successful self-made man has a different view of TSIG than some of the traders and bashers on the thread.

Best always,

Marty

Looking at Major General Ragano's bio I doubt if anyone would question that he is a self-made "take no prisoners" type. It's not easy to enlist in the Army (no military academy background, but rather an M.B.A.), go to OCS and then 20 years later he's a Major General. From what I can see, he's not going to take any B.S.... especially with his own money involved... and I doubt if he looks at his watch except to make sure things are on schedule. We wanted execution and, IMO, it's going to be: "Yes, Sir"!! And, BTW, someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Major General Ragano lives in the area... not essential, but it would be nice.

Yesterday's PR was, IMO, not "fluff" as some have intimated, but rather an indication of TSIG's drive for increasing its revenues through name recognition... again, name recognition. And while they're doing it they get a nice clean 8% return on their investment... putting up a link on our website.

Today's PR. What's there to say? Tom Murphy has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing. That is his business and is just what we need to rapidly ramp-up sales revenues and get TSIG into the profit column. It is still just my opinion, but the TSIG gameplan... properly executed... will make TSIG one of the first truly profitable e-commerce companies. Welcome aboard, Tom. Now show us your stuff!!

Sorry for boring everyone with my "outloud" thinking. This is my thinking and my personal thinking only. I will continue to do my DD and share it... if desired. I don't know when things will break loose with TSIG, but as most of you already know this is a long-term (lifetime) investment for me so it really doesn't matter. But, I was surprised to see the turn-around start so fast. Don't ever forget that TSIG is a start-up company and, as with all start-ups, it is a speculation. I'm pleased with the new progress being made, but everyone will have to make their own decisions based upon their own DD and their financial and emotional ability to handle risk. I've obviously already made mine.

And, yes, IMHO, I'm still being right and holding tight.

Best always,

Marty
