Eric, thanks for your insight. VSTR/AERL (and PTEL) are becoming very interesting. I had been watching their price action for a while now, waiting for a good entry point (in the next few weeks, perhaps?). VSTR/AERL/OMNP would be less of a headache as an acquisition for WCOM - with the FCC and EU, and Mexico too. Ebbers & Sidgemore should know what they're doing, or we'll be in trouble, and WCOM would become a "bargain" and "value play", like DIS. Anthony
