lawrence,

I believe my use of the term "crippled" to be fully accurate. If you refer back to my post of July 6th you will note the factors that I felt would alter the long-term prospects of ABTX:

We currently are in the depths an agricultural slump. We are currently in an unfavorable credit environment. We are currently in a general market downturn. Only those companies that have adequate financial abilities will weather the storm. The strategic positioning and growth prospects of a company are meaningless if such company does not possess the money to survive a downturn.
I currently own both Monsanto and Agribiotech stock. Monsanto has the financial assets to weather the difficulties and execute its business plan. It is questionable whether Agribiotech will be able to secure adequate financing. Without proper credit, how long can ABTX issue stock at around $4 a share to fund current operations? At what rate will ABTX be able to secure financing, if at all? What will ABTX do if another (or several) of its other customers are dragged under by the economics of the industry and cannot pay ABTX for their purchases?
I am very hopeful that the company will secure financing at an acceptable rate. However, if they do not, I find no sufficient alternative to fund operations.
