Lehman's 3 milestones, and comments on Cablevision.... * We believe that over the next two quarters, C-Cube could achieve three significant milestones: 1) Additional penetration at Media One (another location other than Jacksonville), 2) Deployment (selection) by another major MSO, and 3) An affirmation of the trend to open cable systems by AT&T. * The recent Cablevision (CVC)/Sony (SNE) announcement was interesting due to the lack of information regarding who won the head-end and STB silicon. We believe that DiviCom was actively pursuing the head-end while C-Cube's semiconductor division was actively pursuing Sony for STB silicon.
