Swoboda, Usually the next step in this scenario is an urgent need for money. The only way securies with this history can obtain money is through convertible preferred issues which are floorless and known as " Death Spiral Preferred "...The short sharks thrive on these and the shareholders 99 times out of 100 die pitiful financial deaths. There is an excellant thread on Silicon entitled Death Spirals and Zeev Hed is an expert on these and very generous with his knowledge unless he is very busy with business matters. I know, dont worry, its a gamble...and i would like to think that your writing and mine here would keep new visitors to this thread on the straight and narrow.....because the Raging Bull has been overwhelmed by 3/4 posters who bashed the hell out of it for the last two weeks, and got the fall they wanted...then a measly $400k order for a subsidiary, that the company calls a subsidiary, (yet I cant see anything that confirms that its is not arm's length) and these jerks are now pumpin it up.... Had to leave that board and come over here where its not so noisy!! I'm just researching what FINX owns or does'nt own for pigiron....the reverse split reduces 95 million to 5, price target is 40 on split...they wont get that unless its artificially done...so $7-8 and they expect people will then buy this at those prices .....gimme a break!!
