There is more crime in Heaven than there is on Earth. Some of the worst of humanity have had their sins forgiven and they now run things in Heaven. There's a big probability that the evil souls, that have been forgiven, have taken over Heaven. Just when you figured that it couldn't get worse, the Catholic church now wants to forgive any dispicable act or crime, if the criminal just gives up smoking for a day. Heaven is going to get awful crowded! <g>
