Tom, I know exactly what I am talking about, that post is SECURITIES LAW< and, doesnt adress PUBLIC DOMAIN. There is much more to it than what Chicken boy said. Unless you think thats all the law there is.

Anyone who is talking about any issue who is related, associted or employed by the company, its officers or benefits directly or indirectly must disclose it, not only once but in every single post they ever make and disclose to the penny how much they are paid in each post.

My comments refer to freedom of speech from the layman or private investor to voice an opinion and make statements, and nothing on this site is exempt from the laws that apply to public domain. So go back to school. This lesson is now over.
