No offense taken. You are quite right about HPUX.
I like to give the good guys down in Cupertino the
benefit of the doubt, but the fact is, it just
doesn't make the cut as an enterprise O/S. There's
probably no reason to sugar-coat the cold, hard
truth.

The market speaks for itself. HWP is being blown off
the map by SUNW. There's a reason why that is happening.

That being said, I wouldn't even consider HWP & M$FT
to be in the same league of engineering quality. You're
talking about the difference between AAA minor leagues and
the local little-leaguers.

...that's the last time I use the work sucks other than for Microsoft products :)...

I put 15% of my gross pay into my 401k.

30% of that goes into an S&P index fund

I see MSFT comprises 3.7% of that fund....

Please go easy on them.....I have a lot at stake you see..!!
