Robert (how have you been?), 19 for 1? That is a very unusual ratio. All I can think of is that number was chosen to maximize the down pressure on the stock post reverse split. Such a strange number creates an overhead supply of "odd lots" which are sold indiscriminately over the first few weeks post the reverse.
