The S13/A from Livy took care of that - remember when Prag resigned. As far as the Livy sale in July you said it was an accident and he bought back. There's a filing for the sale - but no buy back. Think you were had? "As to the patents they've always belonged to the company and if you read the discussions on "Intellectual Property" on p14 everytime the word patent is mentioned it's always in the possessive to "The Company"" But the patents are in Barker's name. In most cases employer/employee agreements assign the patent to the company. Are RACE failing to disclose a deal between themselves and Barker.
