Is it beyond His power to create a universe, that was still free, but did not contain evil. Is He all powerful or not? OTOH, if you wanted to move to another neighborhood, would you pick one with a record of many evil deeds being done, or a neighborhood which was peaceful and friendly? If you picked a neighborhood that was peaceful and friendly, would you consider your freedom being taken away?
