Glenn,

Thanks for the astute post. I sold my shares this week at $29, taking a fairly nice loss, to buy DCLK.

This is another example where I have been shot relying on fundamentals. On one hand, it is sad, but on the other hand, I should have understood that sooner, and saved some money.

FWIW, if NITE is still in the 30's or 40's after New year's, I'll get back in after DCLK runs for the holidays.
