Benny --

New site looks a million times better!

BTW, sorry if this has been posted before, but it looks like presentment is just about up and running for First USA on the Yahoo site, complete with sorting by date, merchant or amount.

visa.yahoo.com

Here's the link to the online demo:
cardmemberservices.firstusa.com

looks pretty good, except I still have a problem with only having three months history online.

So which one of you guys told them to put a bill-paying mother(enjoying her "check free" time with her child) on the home page!! Can't remember who, but somebody here has emphasized the need to market to women, and this is a nice move in that direction.

>>>I found a new bill pay portal...

I remember the last go around we had on that Website...I didn't understand the first one...Tom Klempay remarked that the revised site stil was kinda chunky or un-90's or something, and zuma thought that they should also strive to do better by hiring somebody from outside...If I'm remembering correctly...but I understood the middle one, the last website just fine..

But this one...this site...this is a site the consumer can understand.

I Like it, it's fresh...It's clear and it looks 90's and pointed at the consumer in Y2K.

And I hope if I'm right and you're right about just this one little thing EBPP...we all get fat and sassy rich, cause the Lord only know how much we've sacrificed and stood up for this company and this idea...If it works like so many of us thinks it should......

Then so let it be written....so let it be done....the rest of our days will be filled with fun....and why the hell not us?

GOOD SITE.

I guess BancBoston Robertson Stephens' no longer maintains a market in CheckFree???

The Web Report: Q4 Sneak Previews
October 1, 1999
by: Keith Benjamin CFA

The following article was excerpted from BancBoston Robertson Stephens? "The Web Report", a weekly Internet economy e-letter.
We have been encouraged by the modest recovery in many stocks and anticipate further progress as we near reporting season, with Yahoo (Symbol: YHOO) scheduled to be the first to report on October 6.

Commerce activity appears to be building in anticipation of the holiday season, and we expect that this will serve as a potential catalyst for the sector. We do, however, expect that many e-tailers will use the Q3 reporting season as an opportunity to make sure expectations for Q4 don't get overly optimistic, leaving them insufficient room to post major upside.

With many of the leading stocks still 40% below highs, we believe there is a buying opportunity throughout the group. In our view, stocks with the biggest potential for earnings-related upside and catalysts include Yahoo, MapQuest, Student Advantage, Network Solutions (Symbol: NSOL), Ticketmaster-CitySearch, Priceline.com (Symbol: PCLN) and InfoSpace.com (Symbol: INSP).

Stocks for which we believe earnings releases should confirm strong business prospects and where we believe the stocks are not reflecting the opportunity include Excite@Home (Symbol: ATHM) and Gemstar.

I noticed on Checkfree's web site that they offer "Health Club Management" software.....

What's this all about? Is it something Checkfree has had for a while, or are they getting into the software business?
