It seems to me that everyone here is calling the introduction of intel's MOBO's with RDRAM as the chasm crossing event. I think that RMBS is in the bowling alley. There are products on shelves (Game consoles) from major players that indicate there is product adoption and rapid growth in the future.

What may be happening here is that a very large pin is teettering rather than getting bowled over. It will fall, albeit later in time.

Now, I do not disagree that the pubic (including me)may have assumed it was going to fall on schedule and then the rest of the pins would be swept away in good order. All of which has delayed or diminished the size of the tornado that follows.

However, if you look at the size of the investment by numerous players in this technology, you will see a major incentive for them to sort out the details and make this product go.
