EBAY S-3: Does anyone know the details of Ebay's S-3 filing this week? Someone posted an excerpt from a Briefing.com article on the filing on the Ebay thread:

Message 11421233

The excerpt from Briefing.com indicates that Ebay's S-3 filing, which was apparently released on Thursday (9/30), listed the following information (this is a quote from the posted Briefing.com excerpt):

"eBay (EBAY) filed to sell 15.9 mln shares from existing shareholders; mostly from VC firm Benchmark Capital, which filed to sell 12.1 mln of its 15.2 mln stake."

I don't have a subscription to Briefing.com and therefore, cannot verify the accuracy of this post. Nor have I been able to find information on Ebay's S-3 filing elsewhere. Does anyone else have information on Ebay's S-3.

For disclosure: I'm short Ebay (re-established my short Thurs afternoon at 141.5).

Thanks,
-Eric

>>Short it and show us all how much smarter than the rest of us (plus of course the pigs, sluts, pimps, and assorted other barn yard animals) you are.<<
William, I have no interest in shorting BV at this time, but thanks for the recommendation.
But I will try to short Scf on monday morning, *IF* there are some short shares available.
Do you want to go 50/50 on this deal, or do you think I'll be walking into a short squeeze, just like Glenn, Jan, and I did a few years ago?
Oh! you forgot piglet, which is a small pig.
