Tom,

There's a great section in your book that shows investors can make $$$ on both sides of the market. You just have to be willing to learn how to short and make the proper option plays.

"The bull market profit is at the rate of 4.09%/month while the bear market profit is 6.36%/month. Traders cannot afford to lose such a profitable opportunity. They must learn to adjust their thinking to play both sides of the market." - pg 31 in "THE BOOK" :o)

Many brokers were driving cabs to stay alive primarily because Mr. Jones does not sell short. You can and this is why we did the trading contest with 3 short sales and 3 longs to force everyone who entered it to watch how their stock reacted on a short sale. We need to do more of it as it is a great drill.

BTW, good shorting site...

Thanks Tom - I'll look forward to it on FTA next week - my guess is that these indicators will reverse up quite suddenly and there's going to be one heck of a buying opportunity before too long - these bulls just don't die easy...
oops, there I go thinking I know the future <ggg>

btw, how is everyone's team doing??? The 'skins had a good week and then a not so good week but y'all watch out - we're coming back.
Peggy

TD, you said >I don't think its likely but who's predicting?<

Forecasting, maybe? As in "The Essential Application
for Forecasting and Tracking Market Prices"?

Just pulling you chain. :)
