Are you just lamenting the distinct *lack of press releases from "your guys" in Redmond? Sun has been a producer of freeware, an advocate of 'open' and a contributor to the 'community' for longer than 95% of Slashdot posters have been typing.

Where's the Win32 code?

What is the objection to Community Open Source license? I believe that the downside is that the secrets given away can be reproduced by a competitor and come back to hurt SUNW!
