Thanks, Sector. I later viewed my post, again, and felt that it might have looked like I was throwing darts. I want to assure you and the others who call this home that that was not my intent. This matter of providing ample field service and tech support simply remains the single most likely reason for experiencing a show stopper, once all other points have been proved equal, when assessing vendors for product selection. If a networking vendor is not up to snuff in this respect, then they must work fast to get there. Later, Frank
