Excuse me, but I think the Bell South interest is in sharing the purchase of the Sprint business with WCOM. Bell South has it's eye on a certain piece which doesn't conflict with WCOM's interest. I may be mistaken but that's what I thought I'd read.

I wouldn't say excited is a proper word for it. One thing working at WCOM, you can be assured of a change about every 3 months.
