Yes, that is my point. ARCA orders placed below the market would get you the heck out! Plus when it comes to a dropping stock, ARCA can get you filled BEFORE the contra party has the opportunity to lift their bids or offers because it is significantly faster than the fastest human. That's the only real advantage of ARCA is the "get me the heck out NOW" feature. MB doesn't charge extra for ARCA, nor does Executioner (both are clearing through SWS... I wonder if there is any connection to ARCA). AB Watley and the others do charge 1.5 cents per share to use ARCA. Matt
