Eric,

I think Garcia was the most versatile, if not the best, rock guitarist of his time. He mastered more in the way of technique and genre than anyone, and just as important he could bring out the best in those who played with him. He was generous that way.

Now that I'm more or less retired and doing those tings that you always wanted to do, it is a bummer that I can't be a Roadie chasing the Dead and F-1 or NASCAR at the same time.
