If a retailer has a quanity of Zicam in the Spring (as the cold season winds down and/or perhaps it hasn't sold well in that store/chain) does GUMM take it back if the retailer wants to clear that space for something else? As Zicam is a seasonal product, with no brand awareness/acceptance in the market I'm wondering how agressive GUMM/Gel Tech has been with their return policy to overcome traditional reluctance on the part of retailers to provide shelf space and carry inventory of a unproven product. Mad2
