Suzane, I'm just guessing as the rest of us are. I just have a few further needs in mind. Briefly my views follow on all the news that came out along with an answer to your question. The general, IMO, may be a placement due to the second PP. I think it was stated he brought money to the company and I naturally assumed it was through the PP. If not, then I will stand corrected. I have not spoken to Henry in about a month. If I was the second PP, knowing the first is represented, would want a presence. It did appear he brought quite a few shareholders to the table. I welcome them and hope they are here for the duration. He will give another diversified opinion to the board. That will be welcome also. Since the second PP seems to be longer term, his influence should be in our best interests. The BooksNow alliance is welcome. Linking with an additional offering for TSIG's customers is always a plus. Making a straight 8% doesn't hurt. It's another revenue stream that wasn't there. Murphy should fall into the slot of procurement of deals and follow through marketing, IMO. We should be watching to make sure he is more than a salesman and client coordinator and can direct the marketing emphasis needed by this company. The appearance is he can and will. The operations of the card division and directionalizing of the sales department along with the other departments and interests that will be soon requiring more attention would fall under the authority of someone that would be managing the everyday, weekly, and forward influence of the company. He likely would be watching the personnel of the entire company working force to make sure the quality and emphasis remains high and properly focused. This would be, IMO, a more total guiding force within the company. Murphy would not fall under him unless this person is made president which would grant him extended authority. This position, if given at a high level, would entail Gordon giving, yet retaining consultation and final decision authority, internal functions over to an on hands individual. This would allow Gordon to devote more time and effort to the external functions and larger decisions. I guess you might say I'm looking for someone to run the company and share the responsibilities with Gordon as I expect that soon the company will be expanding beyond the time abilities of one person.
