Fundamentals are not a factor in the current market in my opinion. Glenn, Well, differences of opinion are what makes a market. I think the industry picture, industry fundamentals, is very much a part of what drove NITE up and what has brought it back down. As for ASND, industry fundamentals definitely played a picture in what happened, even with the LU buyout. If ATM weren't as hot as it was, LU wouldn't have bothered with the company. The merger, in other words, was precipitated by the fundamentals. Just my two cents. And, as you know, I'm usually wrong! <g> Gary Korn
