Jill. Cree operates in an interesting and possibly explosive area, but I am thinking that it will take some IP to keep them from being swallowed by larger companies or being overcome by research from some large company operating in the same area. I can't tell whether they have it or not.

IP makes a big difference. For example, GMST is called a patent terrorist my some in the industry. They have first mover advantage in VCR+, but in guides and possibly other areas, it is IP that may just make them wealthy.
