I'm watching with interest your discussion with Zoltan. Yes INS has seen increasing revenues but their staff now is faced with learning an entire new product line. Also I would hazard to guess that those specialized Cisco certified engineers will look for jobs where they can leverage this education...thus will leave. In the long run INS will probably do OK but I don't think they'll be a huge addition. This acquisition was a defensive move by LU - not a whole lot more.

Now, re your comment on Cerent for $7B - a $10M company. Do you think that business will grow? Given LU's success in the optical space (and NT's as well) don't you think that this acquistion makes sense for CSCO?
