Gary, I definitely feel that Cerent was a good acquisition for CSCO. CSCO needs true carrier class product, engineering talent and inside contacts within the carrier space. Cerent has the right product for CSCO's strategy for optical growth. I was commenting on it in response to the NT acquisition of Bay on a dollar basis only. In regards to INS, people will leave and people will be replaced (though admittedly not easily). The revenue stream, core group of employees and customer list will make it valuable (imo) to LU over the long haul. Brian
