Fascinating! This raises the distinct possibility that there is another Reagan persona, this one a normally bright and truthful, in-contact-with-reality individual who, for some reason, went to great lengths to convince a wide array of those who associated with him and recorded his words that he was an intellectual buffoon, an ignoramus, and delusional! This is one for the conspiracy buffs!
