If you guys want to get in a p%$^&ng match ,do it via the private message route - I would bet the majority of the thread would appreciate it. There is too much wasting of bandwidth on this thread. To all posters, try to keep your posts as brief and to the point as possible, and I think we all will benefit (IMHO).

Nobody really knows where OSX will trough, although my guess is 70-72. But what I am looking for and have not yet seen is OSX outperforming crude. My experience in commodity stock investing investing has convinced me that it is very dangerous to get long the stocks when they are underperforming the underlying commodity as OSX has been doing for some time.

The ideal entry point would be a day when crude drops sharply and OSX goes down just slightly or actually rallies a bit. Not today unfortunately, but getting close methinks.

re: MEXP, they already have a 75mm line of credit with about 28mm o.s.against it based on 12-31-98 ?!! prices. Just doing a little late nite 10 q reading.
