Relativity rears its ugly head once again. Yields on Athlon may be excellent according to AMD's goals, and that can have a very positive effect on AMD stock.

Yet the net volumes will still pale in comparison with Intel's volumes. And that'll disappoint those who think AMD's sole purpose of existing should be to destroy Intel at any cost. (Yes, there are many people out there who think this way, though they might not realize or admit it.)

Do you understand what you are "talking" about, Cringe ?? Let me give
you a "hint" ... As die size goes up, the yield % and number of GDPW both
go down. Let's face it, Anand is either "making it up" OR just repeating
what some AMD PR guy is saying. Do you guys really believe that Anand
understands Fab processing, yeah right ... You guys really do "deserve" to
lose money on AMD. <ggg>
