Marc:

I still think the key to an OSX bottom is when that index can ignore negative news on earnings, crude prices, etc.

E wave analysis works sometimes but does not work at other times. I remember Gary saying some weeeks ago when I bulled gold that he thought it would sink under $200 based on E-wave anlysis. Now it is $320 and soaring.

Not picking on Gary; he has made many good calls. But all tools have their limitations including E-wave analysis.

Marc-my hunch is that today was the B wave down of an A-B-C Retrace back up towards 78-80 (from which the C down will then start) and that the OSX will be up tomorrow?---it could however continue down , which would make the recent blip up the entire ABC retrace. Hard to say, I'm leaning 60/40 that we go back up first. Soon find out.
