Unless of course the SEC decides to go after him for manipulation. I think a fairly strong case can be made in that regard. Let's see your proof there. That's a case you can't make. There is no proof to support such an allegation, because there is no fact, save your own sad attempts to defame me. Just one problem, though. I'm certain they already consider him to be utterly and completely bonkers. Don't ask me how I know. I've been asked to not comment publicly. This just gets better and better. Trot out your baseless innuendo. It only reflects on you. Too bad you only studied theology. Your hypocritical practice of defaming those that bring facts contrary to YOUR economic interests, casts great doubts on your grasp of ethical conduct. Your parents can't possibly be proud of your behaviour.

So, Mr. Tout, you have been defaming, but refuse to back up any of your claims. You have yet to establish that I am the liar that you would defame me with. Nor have you established the slightest proof that I have manipulated the price of this stock. Or that the SEC thinks I am bonkers. You say you have been asked not to comment publicly, eh? By who? One of those SEC lawyers that has served you so well? Or is it by someone that you actually told and has laughed in your face and advised you not to publish such flimsy allegations? You think that you won't have to take responsibility for such drive-by tactics of defamation? Is this your theology? Say anything, defame anyone to promote your personal investments? Or is there more to your involvement here?
